If you find a problem with your wall mural, you have the right to return it to us within 30 days of receipt of the item, starting on the day after you receive your item. The mural must be returned to us in its original condition and packaging. When we have received it, we will either replace the item or provide a full refund. Please note that murals cannot be refunded due to customer mistakes, supplying incorrect measurements, or where you change your mind.
If Product is damaged on delivery, contact us with photos within two weeks for returns. Cost of return shipping is on the customer. If the wrong image was printed or the measurements were incorrect on our error, we will refund the return item or replace the item.
