Returns and Refunds
The murals we send you are made just for you, the way you want them. Although we carefully check all products before packing and delivering them to you, if you receive a wallpaper mural that is either incorrect or damaged, you can return these products to us for a replacement, free of charge.
As the wallpaper murals are custom-made to your order, you cannot get a refund by simply changing your mind. Please contact our customer services team for full details: support@derbywallprintz.com
Important Notes
- Please get in touch with our customer services team about the item you wish to return within 30 days of receipt of the item.
- Once our team has confirmed that the product can be returned for replacement or refund, you will be asked to return your Derby Wallprintz products to us in its original undamaged packaging with your full contact details within 30 days of receipt of your item.
Refund
- Any refunds made will be by crediting the original debit/credit card used to make the original purchase.
- We are unable to make refunds for incorrectly measured walls, and we accept no responsibility for defective installation, nor will we accept any consequential loss. Refer to full terms and conditions for details.
- It is the customers' responsibility to check the product on receipt and before hanging to a wall surface. We are unable to offer any refunds resulting from the incorrect hanging of your products.
